This page explains the practical choices available for StoneSnap and other Lightning Deals LLC services that link here. It is intended to help you manage permissions, subscriptions, tracking choices, and requests related to information we control.

2. App Tracking And Advertising Choices
On iPhone or iPad, you can manage tracking permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You can turn tracking off for StoneSnap or disable tracking requests for all apps.
You can also limit personalized advertising in Apple settings where available. Some privacy-preserving or aggregated measurement may still occur as permitted by Apple platform rules.
3. Device Permissions
You can change camera, photo library, location, motion, notification, and other app permissions in iOS Settings > StoneSnap.
If you revoke a permission, features that rely on that permission may stop working until you grant access again.
4. Saved Rocks, Photos, Notes, And Local Data
StoneSnap stores certain app data on your device, including saved collection items, notes, identification history, preferences, and related app records. You can delete individual saved items in the app where available.
Deleting the app from your device removes local app data stored with the app, but it may not cancel subscriptions or remove data synced through Apple services or records we need to keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, support, or accounting reasons.
5. iCloud And CloudKit Data
If iCloud or CloudKit sync is enabled, some StoneSnap data may be stored or synced using your Apple account. You can manage iCloud access in iOS Settings and delete app-related data where Apple provides controls.
If you need help requesting deletion of data that Lightning Deals can control, email [email protected]. Some iCloud data is controlled by Apple or by your Apple account settings rather than directly by Lightning Deals.
6. AI Photo Processing
When you submit a photo for identification, the image and related request data may be sent to our backend and AI service providers to generate the requested result, maintain reliability, investigate errors or abuse, and improve product quality where permitted.
To request deletion of information associated with AI requests that we can identify and control, contact [email protected]. We may not be able to locate all historical records unless you provide enough context, such as approximate date, app version, device details, or support reference.
7. Purchases And Subscriptions
App Store purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Lightning Deals does not receive your full payment card number from Apple. We may process purchase status, entitlement status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and related subscription metadata to unlock paid features, prevent fraud, provide support, and understand business performance.
8. Access, Correction, Deletion, And Export Requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information that Lightning Deals controls by emailing [email protected]. Include the app name, the email address you are using to contact us, and enough detail to understand your request.
We will respond as required by applicable law. We may retain certain information when needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax or accounting obligations, app integrity, or other legitimate operational reasons.
