Before You Write

For App Store subscriptions, cancellation and refund controls live in your Apple account. We can help explain where to go, but Apple processes subscription refunds and billing changes.

For bug reports, include your device model, iOS version, what you were trying to do, and a short description of what happened.

For identification issues, include whether the image came from the camera or photo library and any details you already know about the specimen.
